POSITION OVERVIEW:

Herzog’s Design Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Consultant willing to sell custom window blinds and coverings, custom drapery and pillows, upholstery, wallpaper, decorative tile, flooring and provide paint consultations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Retail Design Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations to create beautiful and functional spaces. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints.

The primary need of this position is for our Greenhouse, but you will need to be familiar with all of the different types of plants that we carry in the nursery, including trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials, and the different types of gardening supplies that we carry, such as soils, mulches and fertilizers.

  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time
